Fantastic Cumbria Hotel - Nr. Windermere - Multi Rosette - PASTRY CHEF WANTED! - Great Salary!
This great restaurant housed in a stunning Cumbrian hotel is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Lake District, in close proximity to Lake Windermere. This fantastic multi rosette restaurant in Cumbria is currently looking to recruit a dedicated Pastry Chef to join the brigade and take control of this exciting section.
Duties of this Pastry Chef will include:
* Maintaining the excellent standards of this kitchen and establishment
* Working effectively as a key part of the restaurant team
* Preparing pastry, bread and deserts as the business requires
* Working with other section chefs to ensure a smooth service and constantly high results
* Developing the pastry section alongside the Head Chef - creating excellent dishes to enhance and complement the rest of the menu
The working pattern for this Pastry Chef position will be five days out of seven as the business requires.
Pastry Chef will be reporting to the Head Chef.
Candidates for this position will be experienced working in the pastry section of rosette standard establishments. All applicants must be dedicated to their chosen profession and be determined to succeed in achieving high standards.
You must be able to work well by yourself as well as in line with the rest of the kitchen brigade.
