This traditional establishment is famous for its wonderfully produced menus, served in a setting full of atmosphere and luxury. Personal growth and self development are encouraged by the senior members of the team, through fantastic training and nurturing of chefs, individually and as a team. Reporting to the Head Chef.
This establishment is looking for an all-rounder who is flexible, hard working, remaining calm under pressure. This role requires an individual who will set and maintain the highest standards, with close attention to detail. You will be joining a group that is committed to staff development, and have the opportunity to really excel in the industry.
Previous kitchen experience at three rosette and Michelin star level in a quality establishment is required, as is NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent.
