Job Description
This charming hotel in the stunning Lake District is looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen brigade.
This three-star establishment has a two rosette accredited restaurant. You will need the ability to work well under pressure and be able to work well in a team. You should have a quality CDP background, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. You should be driven and ambitious, with a motivation to develop both the business and yourself.
You must have NVQ 2, and have previous experience at a two-rosette establishment at Chef de Partie level. The ideal candidate will be an experienced CDP looking for a different challenge. It is also necessary that applicants possess food hygiene certificate.
Applicants must currently reside within the UK.
In line with the requirements of the asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
