Sous Chef required for this 4 star country house hotel situated in the heart of Cumbria set in a beautiful location. The hotel has a fresh food restaurant serving modern British cuisine.
This position would suit a quality Senior CDP or Junior Sous who is commited to achieving the highest of standards.
You will ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 2

Qualification/Experience:-
The ideal candidate will require a basic knowledge and good quality background. All applicants will require NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications, a current food hygiene certificate and a willingness to learn and progress.
