A hard working, enthusiastic Commis Chef is required to join a small team at this Cumbria hotel.
The Head Chef is looking for an eager commis to join their dedicated brigade. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, hard working and must be able to work well in a team. You will preferably have already embarked upon your career, and have some experience at volume and in using fresh produce. You will support senior team members across the kitchen, all the while learning new skills and company standards and procedures.
Reporting to the Head Chef.
Applicants must be experienced in fast moving, quality restaurants, and in working with fresh produce. This kitchen is looking for a strong and capable chef who is looking to improve and learn new skills. Applicants should have or be working towards NVQ 1 and 2 and a Food Hygiene Certificate.
