Job Description
This superb award winning hotel in the heart of the Lake District is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie to join their vibrant brigade. The hotel offers over 40 bedrooms, leisure facilities and banqueting facilities for 100 guests. Our clients are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide an exceptional standard of food for a rosette accredited restaurant.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be responsible for the organisation, control and efficient running of a nominated section of the kitchen. You will be involved in the training and development of the Chef de Parties who will be reporting directly to you. All applicants should have previous experience of working in a quality rosette accredited fine dining establishment. You will be standards driven with an emphasis on producing cuisine of a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to take their next step on the ladder.

Qualification/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy kitchen environment within a similar rosette accredited property whilst having the ability to maintain the highest standards of food preparation. The ideal candidate will also need to possess excellent man-management skills and have a stable background within quality establishments.
