Fantastic opportunity at a luxury hotel for an ambitious and career driven Chef De Partie to join the Michelin- starred restaurant.
This luxury establishment has 3 Rosettes and a Michelin star, and requires a very experienced Chef De Partie to complete the brigade. The successful candidate will be hardworking, ambitious and able to work with quality cooking. The frequently changing menu utilises the finest of fresh produce and is noted for its balance of English and French cuisine. As CDP, you will be expected to adhere to the very highest standards set by this successful team. Reporting to the Head Chef.
This establishment is looking for an all-rounder who is flexible and hard working, remaining calm under pressure. This role requires an individual who will set and maintain the highest standards, with close attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity that will provide the chance to really excel in the industry.
Applicants must have extensive previous kitchen experience at rosette level in a quality establishment at CDP or Junior Sous level. Also required is NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent.
