Job Description
A hard working, enthusiastic CDP is required to join a small team at this Cumbria hotel.
The Head Chef is looking for an experienced CDP to join their dedicated brigade. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, hard working and must be able to work well in a team. You ideally will have experience at volume and in using fresh produce. You will support senior team members across the kitchen, all the while learning new skills and company standards and procedures.
Reporting to the Head Chef.
Applicants must be experienced in fast moving, quality restaurants, and in working with fresh produce. This kitchen is looking for a strong and capable chef who is looking to improve and learn new skills. Applicants should have or be working towards NVQ 1 and 2 and a Food Hygiene Certificate.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
