Job Description
Luxury hotel located within the picturesque Cumbria countryside would like to appoint a Junior Sous Chef for its 3-Rosette accredited restaurant.
This award-winning restaurant offers food made from only the finest, freshest local ingredients, so the successful candidate will be experienced and professional. High motivation skills and the desire to progress a career within a quality establishment are essential. Good craft skills are also a must. Working within a team of five, you will be helping to ensure exceptional quality across the menu. Reporting to the Head Chef.
Previous experience to at least CDP level in a 2/3-Rosette establishment is essential for this position. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references.
Applicants must currently reside within the UK.
